A great place to stock up on your DIY essentials and the staff are extremely helpful. A few weeks back I ended up trying and testing multiple combinations to get a new valve fitted and one of the assistants was there to help me brainstorm. Couldn't fault the service at all, thank you again for your help.

Will ID you for super glue despite a work uniform and an arm full of tattoos. 27 years old and won’t even sell me a pot of mitre fast. Clearly staff are not the brightest
First time in screwfix the customer service was poor walked in several staff around counter and no one member of staff acknowledged me. Whilst waiting to be seen another customer walks in and got served before me.
very very poor customer service today I went to collect my order and I have been in queue for 15 mins and after 15 mins he called who next and I went to him and he refused me to serve and been very rude with me and i had to leave without collect my order very poor customer service
Absolutely too quality service each and every time I use this store. Helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff. With the Screwfix great prices and the fact they are great with refunds this is why I only ever come to Screwfix for anything DIY.
Always good. Good prices / friendly and helpful staff. Fast and efficient. Same products cost x3 in B&Q - who struggle to put the right prices on the things they try to sell.
Always a huge queue, click and collect takes just as long as ordering at counter. Never enough staff on. Toolstation just round the corner has it together and never keep you waiting.
Got too much of one product for a DIY job and was returned with no issues for a full refund. Have used this branch a few times the week and they've had a good selection of products at very competitive prices. 10/10 would recommend.
