   I ordered items which were for home delivery only. They were delivered to the wrong address and Toolstation refuse to do anything about it, I'm just stuck going around in circles in a complaints process. Even though they admit it's the fault of their courier company, they just shrug their shoulders and won't fix the problem, so I'm £200 out of pocket and still don't have what I need.
