   If you're looking for a low-cost option for your household or garden needs, then Wilko is definitely worth a visit. With a wide range of products on offer, from cleaning supplies and homeware, to gardening equipment and outdoor furnishings, there's something for everyone at Wilko. The prices are very reasonable, and the quality of the products is generally good. The staff are always helpful and happy to offer advice, so if you're not sure what you need, they'll be more than happy to assist you. The only downside is that the store can be a bit chaotic and crowded, so it's worth planning your visit in advance to avoid the busiest times. (JASWINDER SINGH)

   We have been using wilko emulsion through the whole house. Very impressed. Yes, you do need two coats but worth it for the finish. A wide selection of colours available and excellent value for money. Even more so when on offer! Interior intense white gloss paint is also great. Easy to apply and a lovely bright finish.

   No queue to get in, which was good. Not too crowded, again good. However, there are too many baskets of things for sale placed in the main gangway through the middle of the shop and this was creating a bottleneck. I appreciate this is to draw attention to items which may be on offer, or to reduce stock levels for the shop, but it's not sensible at the moment, or pleasant to be in a position where you can't turn they trolley around and get out of it when more people are trying to get through. Either suspend this tactic for a while, put them elsewhere, or have a one way system.

   Had to return a unwanted gift today and met a fantastic young man called Thomas at the store entrance, he was outstanding so friendly, helpful and very professional. A real credit to the company. The staff at this store are all great, makes it a real pleasure to shop there unlike the other store’s on this complex, went to another similar store and all I can say is no customer service, price labels all wrong if they even have one. Well done Wilko I really appreciate such good service.
