   Amazing and went above and beyond for me as a customer. Due to business I couldn’t come back into store for a while and they sorted out my sprint order that went wrong and an item that had forgot about to be refunded. Phoebe was especially helpful and the duty manager… i forgot her name sorry. And both my issues were solved instore on the day.

   Cleo and Meg were friendly, helpful and gave me lots of info and advice. With their help I successfully purchased an LED to replace an old fluorescent tube, and, as they advised, it was very easy for me to fit. And they happily disposed of the old tube for me too! Am very pleased, thank you!

   Good service with helpful staff. Plenty of space between customers even though the store is relatively small. The lane system operates very well and makes maximum use of the space. Parking is limited with large vans encroaching on spaces. I would recommend this store except got the parking.

   Love Screwfix! Branches absolutely everywhere these days, making it super convenient. The amount of stuff they stock is great, the price is always low, and the ability to take stuff back to any branch if it's broken, or you just don't need it, is really great. On the rare occasions that something has been faulty, they have instantly replaced it. I use the click and collect service all the time. They usually have it picked just a few minutes after ordering. This makes it really quick to just pop in and grab it without waiting around.

   Went there 10 minutes before they closed to look for a wste/trap for a 1.5 Bowl Franke sink. The manager was only too pleased to get the various suggested kits out from the stockroom to show me before I made a decision. Really helpful, well priced and seemed to take a genuine interest. Thanks guys :)
