l felt l needed to write a review..The last week..l.have visited Francis DIY shop..twice..The staff working there are just amazing..so helpful..A lady who lives alone..having a blocked kitchen sink..just couldn't do it..but the chap who served me,hopefully will.remember me,gave me so.much advised and a new plugger..five minutes and the sink was unblocked..thankyou so much for your kindness..Will definitely tell people my experience..

I thought shops like this were a thing of the past, it's a hardware emporium!! Amazing range in such a small space and reasonable prices too! To top it off staff were really friendly and helpful, in fact the chap behind the till let me borrow a tool that they didn't stock but he happened to have his own there! Really helped me out of a jam!
