   Laurissa was truly exceptional. She was very friendly and helpful, assisting me with my inquiry regarding exhaust systems for my vehicle. She went above and beyond by contacting suppliers and also made a special effort to find answers to my questions by consulting with her colleagues. Her communication regarding updates was excellent, always delivering as promised. Her service was very helpful and outstanding.

   Lovely receptionist but not sure how changing two tyres takes 2 hours when we had booked in advance. Went to Bracknell the other week and it was so easy and very fast just travel the extra 15 mins save yourself an hour of waiting

   Kelly was an absolutely star, booked me in quickly for a puncture repair. Kelly and Laurissa you made my wait so welcoming and thank you for the refreshment. I observed their customer service throughout my wait and they were so lovely to all customers that came in, even their telephone manner was amazing. I would highly recommend this branch and I will definitely use them again

   Went to get a flat tyre sorted and they didn't have the tyre so dropped it off and they would contact me when it was sorted, got call and went back only for them to wheel me out the wheel and then said they had nobody to fit to my vehicle so you have to do it yourself basically, totally unprofessional won't be using them again

   Absolutely appalling.. took booking for MOT, and money taken from bank account but place was shut and others were also arriving for booked MOTs ect. Cannot be trusted...

   Excellent service Handed my Mercedes for a full service and MOT The car was well taken care off I could sense the performance of my car uplifted Staff were very friendly Dylan was outstanding. He gave me a brief of my car performance and gave a quick run through of the service report and gave advise how to handle the car Had a good experience overall.

   Really recommend the guys here - used them for a full service and MOT. Failed the MOT and they talked through what needed doing, gave reasonable quotes. There was no pressure to use them for the necessary repairs but I did go ahead and get the work done and I couldn’t be happier with the service and price. Even let me pick up my car a day later due to distance from auto centre (the work was completed much quicker than anticipated which was fab). Very happy!
