   I visited the Trespass Camberley branch over the recent bank holiday for the first time after a few months which unfortunately, the last time I had not had a very pleasant experience from a particular member of staff that was serving behind the till and I was forced to interact with. She was an older woman, silver hair, a lot jewellery and a constant miserable expression. This member of staff was extremely rude and unhelpful, she was more concerned about continuing her private conversation regarding her relationship and partner than acknowledging the customers she was serving. However, I had the complete opposite experience in fact refreshing and very enjoyable interaction with the young lady (ginger hair, tattoos) that was serving and helping on the shopfloor on Saturday. This staff member was extremely knowledgeable about the tent that I was interested in purchasing and she helped me with comparisons without any pressure of actually buying that day. She was disappointed to hear about my previous store experiences and informed me that the staff member responsible for countless disappointing experiences has thankfully moved on. She was absolutely fantastic and very helpful, informative and bubbly which is what retail staff should be as standard. I look forward to being able to regularly shop comfortably and enjoyably at my local store without an awkward atmosphere caused by staff members that clearly have no desire or care for customers experience.

   Reusable hand warmers are ok at the start unless they explode on you first time, but when you try and heheat them they will just pop

   Very friendly service and great selection of good value outdoor clothes. Would've been 5 star review but all the footwear is own-brand only which reduces the choice for awkward feet like mine

   Good range of equipment and stock. Very poor customer service as I was looking to buy a rucksack and coat I was not offered any help by staff. Two women in the store were doing riddles as I walked in and continued to do so as I looked around. It is a shame as I was ready to spend money there but decided not to in the end due to the poor customer service.
