   As a first timer it can feel a bit hairy buying a kitchen online. You're spending a lot of money, often sight unseen and place a lot of trust in a company you've never dealt with to deliver what you've paid for. After much research I sourced my kitchen doors, panels and plinths from DIY Homefit for their range, prices and service. Delivery came within 7 days (a week earlier than expected) but the 12 boxes arrived in poor condition, having taken a battering in transit. The courier was friendly and helped carry everything up two flights of stairs. Thankfully only two doors were damaged. I sent photos on the day and replacements were dispatched a week later with no fuss. Finished kitchen looks fab. Good communication from DIY/Wendy from quote through to completion - including prompting me to leave a review. Would use this company again.

   I am so pleased with my extra kitchen cupboards which I purchased from DIY Homefit. The quality of the carcasses and doors is excellent, and I have been able to match the two new tall units and wall box unit almost exactly to the existing kitchen units which were already in the house when we moved in, giving me much more storage and covering space against an previously empty redundant wall. The carcasses arrived fully made and are of very sturdy excellent quality. The doors are also great quality. My only downsides on these are that they are not easy to fit with the hinges.The only way we found was to fit the hinges to the door first, then screw into the carcasses with the door in the "just adjar " position, which was not easy, but possible. The only other minor thing is that the plinth leg clips are very poor, and keep breaking apart. They are no where near the same quality are the rest of the materials, but we can get some new ones of these somewhere later on. We had a few hiccups with one the small door not being pre-drilled for the hinges, but this was soon sorted out very efficiently and promptly by Wendy, who we thank for all her help.

   Ordered full height mirror doors to fit 2 cupboards upstairs and downstairs. Fitting was easy and they look the part. The doors were too light for soft closers so the supplied wheel stop rubbers worked fine.

   Outstanding products and Service. The Wardrobe doors were all made to my exact dimensions and as a result lined up perfectly, first time, using the existing hinges. All the draw fronts were also perfectly reproduced and the whole bedroom has been lifted. Visiting the showroom was the key to getting the perfect outcome and was worth the 2hr round trip!

   I had previously used DIY Homefit for fitted wardrobes and the service was so good I went to them when refurbishing my kitchen. The quality of the products was very good, I reported a minor damage and had a phone call back in 10 mins asking for a photo of the damage and received a replacement within a week. Wendy and her team have been invaluable at checking orders ,giving advice on products and answers on technical queries. I used a number of other suppliers of kitchen related equipment and DIY Homefit surpassed them in all aspects. I have recommended them to so many people.
