Also found the members of public who go here treat me with kindness. I am a small person so sometimes need some help reaching items. Regular customer from now on.”

“I visited the Fitness Superstore Camberley/Frimley showroom to purchase a new piece of cardio equipment. I did not feel rushed, I was encouraged to try out the equipment as much as I liked. I loved that the staff member who dealt with me (Olivia) was extremely knowledgeable about all of the equipment. She knew all of the brands inside-out and the differences between the different machines. Olivia also took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, where it would be used, how often it would be used etc, this meant that Olivia was recommending the best equipment for my specific needs. I ended up changing my mind about what type of machine I wanted and Olivia talked me through my decision and explained that the choice I'd made was the right one for my circumstances. This assured me that I was getting good value for money on the product I chose. Delivery was quick, and everything arrived in good condition. I could not be more happy with the service I received, and I'm also very happy with the specific product I ordered and have received. I highly recommend Fitness Superstore, particularly their Camberley/Frimley branch, and I'm particularly grateful to Olivia for how awesome she was throughout the whole experience.”

“Visited the Clarks shop in Camberley today for the last minute emergency school shoes shopping. There were two shop assistants and they were both serving other clients so had to wait for one of them assistants. Me and my kid were served after actual opening hours (17.30), the shop assistant was so friendly and helpful, she saved my sanity. Although the actual styles were quite limited, she found the perfect match for my boy. She didn't just tried to sell anything, she actually looked at what he needed and what would be the best. Thanks to this lady, unfortunately I don't know her name, but I'm very sure will meet her again next time we need school shoes!”
