    Tiny crowded and limited stock, but representative of how the centre is at present. Plentiful cheap sandwich option, mind, so that's nice. Floor could benefit from a bloody good mopping.

    Absolutely awful place! Forced to use the 'self serve'. Waited ages for staff to ok my drink. They preferred to walk away as if they hadn't seen me! Then rolled their eyes when asked to repaper the 'coupon' printer machine! Needless to say, lost my money off coupon that should have printed! It couldn't be reprinted, so lost it! A manager was called, equally as unhelpful! Please,please employ staff that actually want to be there & help customers! You do pay them....surely not just to walkabout????!!!

    There are two older women that work in this sainburys who are so rude and very ill spoken. One who looks Pakistani and one with dark red hair. Both with accent, wear glasses and by far the rudest customer service award goes to them.

    Smaller branch and only auto scan machines available when we shopped, but good range of food.

    Good if your in the center but if your just looking for a supermarket go to Sainsbury's blackwater instead. Decent size store with good selection however parking isn't the best as you have to park in the shipping center carpark and therefore isn't suitable for a decent big shop.

    A small store but seems well stocked, and has a couple of surprising products. We particularly enjoyed the Mango Lassi Yoghurt Drink which I'd not seen before.
