   I’ve ordered twice for a home delivery through uber eats and both times doing so i have waited 2 hours too have a order cancelled. This time i got info from one of the many cancelled drivers that they dont accept uber deliveries so cancel my order to pass onto the next driver to repeat so on. why be on a delivery app if you dont offer deliver? why make the customer wait with no information? poor management, Awful experience, DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY.

   Has been getting worse and worse over the last year. Whoever designs the store layout has clearly never shopped at a supermarket before. Nothing is where youd expect it to be and the signage is almost always wrong. If you do manage to find where what youre looking for is theres a good chance its not in stock anyway, theyre constantly out of stock of things. The self checkouts are also chronically understaffed most of the time so if anyone gets a bag check the queue ends up in the aisles. Avoid if possible, im going to switch to Tesco across the A322.

   During a till ‘outage’ on Wednesday, Carly on the help desk ‘went over and above’ in dealing with my (and several other people’s) order in a very difficult situation. She was brilliant! It was a nightmare but she remained composed… well done!

   There were a few kinds of reviews about this place, so I planned to visit it. Good supermarket as per the size, shelves normally well stocked with a good variety of products. Prices are not that competitive. Self checkout service is available. ATM machines are available for cash. Starbucks and Argos on site. Public toilet is available. The fuel station is there but it is closed. Lots of parking spaces available.

   Went to the petrol station, tried to pay at pump, wasn't working okay, pressed pay at kiosk. Told me I could fill up, once picked up the pump it told me waiting for permission. I waited about 1-2 mins person on the till did nothing, after 2 mins I tried signalling her and... Nothing I waited another 2 mins and gave up. Never had this issue at any other petrol pump so not sure of the issue. Moreover the person on till did not move a muscle the entire time. She was sat on till with her chin in her hand looking like she wanted to be anywhere else. This is not good customer service, maybe she should be retrained but that's just my opinion. Will be making a formal complaint to Sainsbury's. Please hire more competent/awake staff.

   Prices are OKish considering the economy right now, they do Aldi price match which helps. I am disabled and can only use the shallow trolleys, but they never seem to be around, or accessible next to the disabled parking. Everyone complains in the car park, I wish they could sort this out. If I am in a lot of pain I have to go without or shop elsewhere. Smart shop is good though

   Large store, includes pharmacy and clothing department. Cashpoints on site. Ckivk and collect in car park. Timpsons on site. Plenty of free parking. Petrol station on site. Recycling bins in car park. Starbucks in store. Great store, nothing to complain about, plenty of stock, staff efficient, clean store. Argos inside. Recommended

   Went specifically for sterilizing fluid. Used for babies bottles and loads of other stuff. Cleans tea stains off cups without scrubbing. Leaves no taste. Brilliant. Sainsbury variety is half the price of Milton. Parking great. No queues. Helpful staff. Thank you.
