   Today I went to buy from the butchers in waitrose at about 2:30- the man serving me was the absolute best. Super kind! I wasn’t sure what meat so buy and how to cook it, but he took so much time to help me choose how much, and whats the best etc. Lovely man, thank you!! I wish I caught his name but he should know how good his customer skills are, small acts of kindness like his makes my day!

   Expensive stuff at Waitose. Even the milk costs more! But the quality of some of their product is good. Shame that they stock Israeli products so not on the right side of morality I am afraid.

   It's one of the biggest Waitrose branches which I've visited. It has all you need for your daily home needs even beyond most of other supermarkets. Its essentia and organic items is as affordable as their competitors prices and at the end you would be more satisfied with Waitrose brand quality with the around same price compared to other supermarkets. They have fresh roasted chicken, sushi station and other ready to eat meals Its car park is spacious but not big enough as there was a long queue to enter to the car park and find a park bay. Also, its toilet facility didn't meet my expectations because of its small size and sanity high level which is expected in such popular shopping establishment. In the other hand, it has very nice and spacious cafe area with lots of good options to treat yourself.

   As soon as I entered, I saw the security guard staring at customers with a strange look. This behavior is extremely disrespectful. While my family and I were happily shopping, a stranger suddenly brought his face close to mine. I felt very uncomfortable and thought he was deliberately trying to scare customers. For my own safety, I will never set foot in that store again.

   Fairly new building, good range and of course good quality. 01/05/24, ordered a cappuccino cake for my birthday. Collection was straightforward and paid on collection. The cake itself looked lovely and was very tasty, would have been nice to have the option to have it personalised.

   This store had some batteries marked at large discount on two different displays so I tried to buy some, but the till tried to charge me more than the full undiscounted price for each item. Their displays are therefore lies and they are trying to rip customers off.
