Usually fast and convenient charge just off the M4 but last few visits have found more than one unit is faulty and my last visit the charge stopped before completing ☹️
Some of the best customer service I have ever received. They didn't have enough birthday cakes for a birthday party we had the next day for our 4 year old daughter. We accepted that we had left it to late and where going to pay for what we had and leave when we got stopped and given a gift for our daughter. It made her sooo happy she even spoke about it when putting her to bed that night. Thank you so much

Discrimination from security and assault from staff. Would be followed around the shop, like a criminal, every visit, despite never stealing/acting suspiciously.Brought this up with customer service who said they would raise this with the security company. Heard nothing back after that and continued to be stalked by these grown men around my local supermarket. Had a grown woman steal an item from my hands demanding to see ID after I paid for it. Would have been happy to show it even if the system didn't flag as an age restricted product but snatching? If anyone is potentially a child it's her. Context: I lived around the corner so this was very much my regular supermarket.
Visited the store yesterday morning around 10.30. I was so impressed with the “free” help-yourself-to-coffee area. It was spotless, and the sugars/sticks etc were so neat & tidy. It was a joy to use. (Come on Twyford store - please look & learn!) Thank you.
Ordered a sushi platter from sushi daily for pickup at 6pm, the website allowed for pickup until 7pm Beware the timings are not synced with bank Holidays or early closures Got a text at 5pm saying order was ready to collect and to go by 6pm before the store closed early for bank holiday Had to leave a planned activity early to collect the platter in time Sushi was nice, not extremely fresh but still very good
Waitrose have now banned trolleys from their self scan area without increasing the number of regular tills that they have open. I popped in on a weekday morning when the queues at the tills are usually very short and found the two tills that were open had queues stretching back down the aisles. No effort was made to open another till. If people can't use Waitrose for a quick midweek shop they will simply go elsewhere. I imagine very few people will be prepared to queue as though it's the last Saturday before Christmas at 09:15 on a weekday morning.
Tried to place a £120 order via Deliveroo, got a notification that over 45% of the products are out of stock, just basic essential items so cancelled the entire order. Waste of time and future customers lost moving forward.
Lovely store with friendly staff. Prices are slightly higher than other stores, but the quality is better and there's a big range of interesting products you don't get elsewhere. The 90 minute parking rule is great, previously people parked all day whilst using other shops or even taking the train. Now there's more space for customers.
