A very good place with a vast variety of product brand. I like also the fact they refund the parking nearby (but only the adjacent).
Please adjust the timing on Google. It reads until 9pm and i just drove to and payed parking just to find you are closed at 8 it seems
Great shopping experience if you're willing to spend especially on the bakeries! In particular the girl on self checkouts with purple hair was really lovely!

Accused falsely of stealing for the second time by staff who racially profile customers. Shameful behaviour in 2025 and I have raised a complaint again over this issue with head office. Manager by name of Andrew is extremely passive aggressive and tried to bully me. When I challenged his obnoxious behaviour and stood up for myself in the midst of false accusations, he told me “You have been banned from the store.” Laughable. On what grounds exactly? Because a Black Woman stood up against your oppressive behavior? I truly pity the ethnic minorities who work under this man. Shame on you Waitrose.
Amazing customer service who helped us to exchange a new faulty microwave for a new one .Apparently, this was a new experience for them, but they went through the exchange very professionally .Well done, girls. ,we received the new microwave today and the delivery guy unpacked and checked it out

Very empty salad vegetable and soft fruit shelves (not unusual) and £ coin stuck in trolley. Deli counter often closed before stated time on Friday early evening. Could do a lot better

I was approached by a male who was offering to help me when he saw me putting my car details into machine when parking my car. He was completely convincing but turned out to be a scam and he managed to obtain all he needed to withdraw money out of my account from the cash machine in the nearby Bank. I am elderly and although i had doubts was taken in by him. I am amazed there is no CCTV in this Car Park and would warn others to be on the look out and aware this is going on.
