Good availability of products, ample parking and above all lovely staff! Recently wanted a few bunches for lilies for an occasion at work. Was promised by Jackie that she would help with it and she went above and beyond to make sure it was done.
Very happy with the service today at Frimley Waitrose. A lovely man tried to find some vegan chocolate Yule logs for me. Although the delivery didn't contain the yule logs, he offered me some free mince pies! Very grateful thank you
Lots of great products I wouldn't find in other stores. I bought duck meat, unpasteurised Normandy butter and fruit and nut bread. Loved them all. For the first time I made Chow mein at home with the duck meat I bought from Waitrose Frimley.
Very disappointed. I bought the Schneider Brot Organic Sunflower Seed Bread from Waitrose and found it covered in mould even though it was well before expiry date. I contacted the customer service but never received a response. Really poor quality control.
Today at Waitrose Frimley (12:15pm), I was publicly accused of stealing for using my own shopping bag. A staff member emptied my bag in front of customers, questioned if I was “genuinely buying,” and left me humiliated and in tears. Other shoppers with their own bags weren’t stopped — I can’t help but feel I was unfairly targeted because I wear a headscarf. Absolutely unacceptable. I expect an apology and action to ensure your staff treat all customers with respect.

Small store but still good choices. Some very nice food selections, but as with anyone who occasionally shops at Waitrose I could not shop here every week due to costs. Personally Asda in Farnborough has transformed itself in recent years and the choice and variety is so so good. Only advantage of Waitrose for me is distance and free parking now, or if you want a high quality/price product.
Very well controlled social distancing. The staff were very helpful. Felt relaxed shopping. We'll done Waitrose!
Good range of groceries and household goods available. Ample parking space available close by. Helpful friendly staff. It would help to have some sign posts from the main road specifically for people visiting the place for the first time.
