   Having a crying newborn I felt completely overwhelmed trying to checkout as quickly as possible without making too much of a disturbance. One of Waitrose staff very kindly offered to scan and pack my shopping so I could soothe the baby & was so kind to me, offering words of encouragement whilst she did so. I also find that this Waitrose is well stocked and has everything I go in for! Thank you to the lovely staff at Waitrose, you’ve made such a difference to one very tired mums life!

   Really poor No indication as to entrance to car park or store is all looks closed and rundown from the road. Hardly anyone there in a Saturday Night like Marie Celeste. Bad sign that’s super market trollies are all locked up but who carries pound coins these days to unlock them ? Usual lovely if expensive food but perfect for a picnic. Pleased I managed to pick up Lapsang Suchong Tea Bags as no one else seems to stock this amazing Smokey tea anymore.

   Clean and tidy with a good selection of stock. Good seasonal rotation. In store bakery, butcher and fish counter as well as a small delicatessen area. Beware marked down items as they're rarely a good deal (picked up an item that he'd been discounted by 5p that expired that day).

   Customer service is 5* no matter when and what time you go! Adam working on the fresh deli counter is just outstanding! He remembers names of his clients and knows exactly what you like to buy. Absolute star working for John Lewis group! Top class customer service!

   The floor assistants were extremely helpful and displayed a customer-oriented attitude when I asked them to show me where dairy-free cheese section is. One of the retail assistants had a good knowledge of the type of cheese that I can use as a substitute for parmigiana.We looked everywhere, but there was no dairy free parmigiana cheese at any store, not just Waitrose. I ended up going for what he recommended (lactose free Wedge) and my Italian dish turned out just as good. Keep up the great work. High standards are always appropriated x
