   From the moment we walked inside we had a 5-star customer service experience. We were promptly greeted by the staff downstairs and told to go upstairs to find children's shoes and sizing. Even though it was busy upstairs, the sales assistant greeted us and was with us quickly. She was really patient and helpful in sizing our kids' feet up, and had the good idea of bringing out various colours once we'd chosen the size, so the kids could try them all on. I remember shopping at Clarks for my first school shoes as a child and I'm glad my own kids will have a positive memory of this too. Even as we were leaving, the store manager took the time to thank us. This is exactly what excellent customer service looks and feels like. Thank you!

   Completely disappointing experience at this Clarks store. I bought shoes for my toddler after they measured his feet, but the size seemed off – similar to what he'd worn six months ago. I raised my concerns, but disinterested staff assured me it was correct. Within two weeks, my son started complaining of discomfort with the shoes. A different Clarks location confirmed they had sold me the wrong size, explaining his discomfort. I expected better attention to detail and customer service from Clarks, especially given the importance of proper footwear for a growing child. Very frustrating experience...

   Visited the Clarks shop in Camberley today for the last minute emergency school shoes shopping. There were two shop assistants and they were both serving other clients so had to wait for one of them assistants. Me and my kid were served after actual opening hours (17.30), the shop assistant was so friendly and helpful, she saved my sanity. Although the actual styles were quite limited, she found the perfect match for my boy. She didn't just tried to sell anything, she actually looked at what he needed and what would be the best. Thanks to this lady, unfortunately I don't know her name, but I'm very sure will meet her again next time we need school shoes!

   The staff was helpful, but lacked the tools to do their job more effectively e.g. feet measurement device not available, and correct shoe colour for the shoes I have bought, was also not readly available.

   Went in to find a pair of work shoes. There was only 1 pair of the selection I requested of 4 in my size. Guided to buy on line as hardly any stock is kept in stores apparently. Left disappointed.

   Well the 1st girl to attend me was from little Britain and the older member of staff (who stepped in) spoke to me like it was a privilege to be in the store. Telling me I needed to wait 20 minutes before going 'upstairs'. I walked out and got shoes in another store. Business must be too good.

   My son was fitted for his first shoes today and was a little upset with having his feet measured. Milo was fantastic trying to distract him and was so patient and kind to our boy. My husband and I both left saying how great Milo was and deserved a 5 star review.

   Covid compliant, good customer service and a genuine retail experience Welcomed and helped in-store. Baby boy got sized up and we had some help picking out the right shoe. Store assistant was knowledgeable and friendly, service was efficient and of course we walked away with a great pair of shoes. (Clarks are so reliable). Would definitely go again.

   Excellent service received at this branch, they have a separate floor for children with a frequently updated and good quality range of shoes. Pay attention to the 'busy times' and plan your visit as it can get a little crowded and hectic. The staff are excellent with kids of all ages however, especially if getting new shoes brings out the less favourable side of your little angel.... They offer an appointment system but inevitably, this falls down at busier times.
