Not amazing so far. Very quick to sell me something. Happy to charge a lot of money to install it. When they install it incorrectly- they are very slow to do anything tangible about it.

Such friendly and helpful staff and a great selection of equipment to try out for all budgets. My husband is 6'2" and I am 5'3" so we did have to try a few bikes to find one that works well for both of us, but find it we did and we are now saving up to get it. Prices are good too and delivery lead times very fast.
Josh at Fitness Superstore Surrey has been absolutely brilliant throughout. I’ll admit I’m a demanding customer, and there was some confusion around installation times that wasn’t helped by one of his colleagues—but Josh stepped in and handled it like a pro. His communication has been spot on, and he genuinely listened and followed through even after the sale, which is rare these days. He kept me updated on the order status and made sure everything was sorted. I’m very grateful for his help—an easy 5 stars for excellent customer service. Well deserved!
I visited the Fitness Superstore Camberley/Frimley showroom to purchase a new piece of cardio equipment. I did not feel rushed, I was encouraged to try out the equipment as much as I liked. I loved that the staff member who dealt with me (Olivia) was extremely knowledgeable about all of the equipment. She knew all of the brands inside-out and the differences between the different machines. Olivia also took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, where it would be used, how often it would be used etc, this meant that Olivia was recommending the best equipment for my specific needs. I ended up changing my mind about what type of machine I wanted and Olivia talked me through my decision and explained that the choice I'd made was the right one for my circumstances. This assured me that I was getting good value for money on the product I chose. Delivery was quick, and everything arrived in good condition. I could not be more happy with the service I received, and I'm also very happy with the specific product I ordered and have received. I highly recommend Fitness Superstore, particularly their Camberley/Frimley branch, and I'm particularly grateful to Olivia for how awesome she was throughout the whole experience.
Excellent customer service. Really helpful advice and a walk through of equipment and what would suit my needs. It's great having a fitness superstore nearby where you can actually try machines and experience the difference.
Purchased an execise bike from the Frimley store on the 9th October including delivery and installation, the item was instock and delivery was arranged ,great customer service at that point and then everything went downhill. First of all there was a mix up with the installation, i only received notification on the morning which was a problem as i was at work, rearranged the date and the installer set it up but notified me there was a problem/faulty part and the bike could not be used, he notified head office who said they'd need to make a warranty claim, after many emails with fitness first and Life fitness a date was arranged for an engineer to fit a replacement faulty part, however they've just infomred me that the part isn't with the engineer and they'd have to rearrange, i've asked the fitness store to collect the faulty equipment and provide a refund on several occassions and everyone has been ignored, time to call the credit card company and get them to cancel payment
Very poor service in the store at Frimley. Waited 20 minutes while the only person working there just chatted with one customer. There were other customers waiting too. I ended up just leaving as their chat seemed never ending and the employee didn't seem to care that there were half a dozen people waiting.
Visited the Frimley branch on boxing day to get close up to some treadmills and try before I buy which is a great facility to have considering they all look the same online. Very helpful member of staff, super knowledgeable and provided some sound advice to help in my decision making. Very good selection of equipment and free dedicated customer parking at the rear near waitrose.
Poor service all around. Staff in store are pretty disinterested beyond the obligatory, "we'll be over here." I ended up ordering a spin bike online and the entire process was awful. Late delivery, lying about why it was late and no follow up to redeliver (I had to contact them in the end). When I discovered it was a 3rd party installation company, they offered me a slot 8 working days, and 11 total days, after delivery, and when I asked about it I got told, "it's 5-7 days, actually," when the website clearly states 5 only. I'd already disposed of my old bike and hadn't had one for over 2 weeks at this point. Installation people also sent me a text just saying, "do you still want installation???" - not exactly professional. Ended up installing myself. Contacted aftercare team and they couldn't care less; kept shoving me from department to department and all they could offer was to send me a floor mat for my troubles. Would be a 1 star review, but I have no complaints about the bike itself and the delivery men were punctual and polite.
