   This place has a huge selection of clothing for all the family, we visited to get some Christmas gifts for young children and it delivered. We had a budget for each and were able to find something interesting and fun for both boys and girls. We always ask for a gift receipt so as the parents can change if the items are not suitable. There’s a Costa upstairs, it’s big enough that you can invariably find somewhere to sit, it’s a good place to meet a friend because there’s a large carpark which is free.

   The store staff: it is as if they cannot be bothered to try and help The customer service: poor at best. Travelled over an hour to go and purchase a dining room bench me and my partner had had our eyes on for over a year now. Upon seeing it in person, we were very much shocked at the quality of the table that came with the orange version - we're talking super cheap for a £1,800 price tag; ridiculous. After almost an hour of trying to find someone to speak to to help us, we can only assume the stores manager / assistant was found. She then said she had to go off and find someone else for us to talk to, whereby another 25 minutes went past. We where greeted by a lovely lady, who had a dreadful sounding cold - why she wasn't sent home is beyond me. We asked if the table from the orange set could be changed for the table that comes with EVERY other colour. She said she had to go off and phone customer services, so another 25 minutes later she came back and told us it wasn't possible. We asked if we purchased, if we could swap the table with one of their display units - we weren't fussed, but honestly the quality of the table is shocking for that price tag. We were told no again and to contact customer services. I've since contacted customer services who have told us it is still not possible. After being told no again, I asked if there was anyone this could be raised with and got the response "I have attempted to find a contact number to expedite your resolution, but unfortunately, I was unable to locate one." - talk about useless and clearly expedited customer service agents. I have never encountered a company actively going out of there way to make things difficult, so I cannot give them our money. At the current pace, of feeling ignored and like no one can be bothered we are looking at shopping elsewhere.

   I am not a person who shops or buys stuff much but I did like Next when I walked through it to find a lift which was working. This was because the escalator goes at a million miles an hour and I would have been flung off the top end of it, crutches and all. I think it is the fastest escalator I have ever seen. Some of the clothes looked lovely, very tactile and velvety trousers, a must I would say, and lots of sequinned stuff too, essential for maximum sparkle. I love the furniture though, I had to sit on some of it... so it's not electric and there's nowhere to rest your popcorn and low-cal drinks, but it looks lovely. Nice occasional tables too.

   My experience in Victoria Secrets has been fabulous. The staff are knowledgeable, kind and great girls. I have been in for measuring, shown all sizes and colours and given every information needed. However, the NEXT team really let my experience down. When I was in Victoria secrets I was happy and was very overjoyed, but the tills next door are an absolute joke. Rude women, particularly older women. Young girls stood chatting and gossiping about other staff and their nights out, and what I can only presume is their supervisor (I think her name was Keera as I heard this said) was rude. I stood and observed them all showing such a level of unprofessionalness that I couldn’t believe. My lovely Victoria secret gifts just shoved in a bag, no tissue and I had to ask for a bag! No response either, they just continued their conversation!! Will review next separately but such a let down considering Victoria secret service was thorough and the girls were more than smiley and friendly. If they had their own till it would be 10/10. NEXT you are letting us down! Sort your women ware staff out !!! RUDE!

   Poor service, picked up an order and was left to carry out and wasn't given a bag when I asked for one. I was just told that's how it comes. Usually love this place and regularly visit for coffee. Then got an oh your name is different on your ID. Totally traumatised by the reminder of my circumstances and didn't need that publicly. Will never order again, Totally going down hill and stock is very frumpy and out dated so find it hard to buy what I like now.

   Dropped into Costa Coffee which is located within Next in Camberley just off the London Road. Costa was excellent value and I had a wander around Next which was quite an eye opener. The store is an amazing place to wander around and though I did not buy anything today, it is now on my radar as and when I need anything.

   We have gone in to look at the dining table ranges and to look at a particular table we had in mind. Jane was helping us from the home department and she was absolutely fabulous, she had gone over and beyond the call of duty and ensured that we liked the chosen dining table and chairs; even if it meant we have finished a bit after closing time (22:00) and we have rearranged some of the show furniture to see things beside each other. Really satisfied with the order experience, I really hope the delivery team will match the experience.

   This is an excellent Next store , great layout set in a bright modern store . They have super variety for ladies ,men and children when it comes to clothing .They also have a garden centre , a Paperchase and a lovely Costa coffee in store . Great parking availability and the staff are very well trained and extremely helpful .
