Sat outside for a brew and a chat with a friend. Caffè Nero was busy when we arrived but the service was excellent. Always popular with Saturday shoppers and even more so with last minute Christmas shoppers.
Coffee and food were lovely but the staff were quite the opposite, we were served by a young blonde girl who did not greet us with a hello, but simple put her hands out in front of us asking us to hand the food we wanted to purchase over to her. We were the only two in the queue and no one else was waiting for food or drinks. we felt rushed and did not feel welcomed at all. The girl did not seem very polite and as someone who works in the industry, this is not how you should be treating customers, does not make me feel like i want to return.
Although there is disabled access this is not the most disabled friendly. The tables and chairs are too close together to effectively wheel through and the counter is far too tall, won't be going back
This Nero was excellent, great coffee and good service. A week later my card company contacted me to say they never collected my payment so it was refunded to my account, happy days. I shall visit again, hopefully for more free beverages.
For a coffee shop within a department store, there was a surprising amount of seating available both indoors and outdoors. My drink was made fast, and I was able to sit down inside for the first time in months! Loved it, and the drink.
My favourite coffee shop in Camberley. The staff are always friendly and the coffee is the best. I recommend the salted caramel latte! I've also had cake here and the toasted Panini which were both really nice.
Great coffee, seating so old and undesirable, you almost stick to it! I would rather stand and drink.
