I went into Costa on Friday and my drink was so bad. I think it was someone by the name of Brandin who made my drink. I didn’t have time to get another one as I already left and had to go work
The place is always clean and organized, the staff is polite and attentive

It's a shame as the staff have stopped caring how to make coffee. My last 3 coffees have been poor. A flat white should be silky and smooth with the froth blended. What I have had is scolded hot milk with burnt coffee! Have given up going back and trying new ones in the high street!!
It was at 17.15 near closing time, ordered a salted caramel frappe with extra coffee my favorite drink and i have it regular but i must say this was the worst and most disgusting frappe i ever had i could not even drink half of it. Don't know what went wrong but alone the coffee was horrible don't think they done the measurements probably. Also asked for the toffee sprinkles as they where forgotten, said they are my favourite and he spooned then 3-4 big spoons into the cup where the leftover cup which was impossible to have
Nice size, and well layer out, staff very polite and helpful, well presented uniforms clean and worn properly
Service was quick for ordering and staff were friendly, order to Takeaway but was given a dine in and had to change but easily done! Food was simple but nice. Classic Costa really.
Despite the fact that we were second in the queue our order slip disappeared. 2 other customer's orders were completed before ours. When enquiring on where our order was we were made to feel like we were trying to fool the staff and the fact that we had asked for a receipt was the reason our order had not been attended to. Poor service and no apology.
Sat outside with our dog watching the world go by. Not very busy at 8am on a Tuesday which was lovely. Coffee perfect as always. Very friendly service and our coffee and pastries were brought out to our table, including water for our dog.
