Without doubt the best coffee and customer service in Rushmoor. The staff are excellent and so welcoming. I love my coffee so I dont say this lightly.....it's excellent!!
Great little independent coffee shop. Serves greay coffee which you can buy to take home. Nice little seating areas and all for a worthy cause. Always come here rather then the chain coffee shops when in aldershot
The best coffee shop in all of Hampshire! Coffee is roasted onsite and you can really tell the difference in quality this brings. There is always a lovely selection of cakes/baked goods. Karuna is also dog friendly which is awesome and everyone loves the shop dog Bruce!

Great service, friendly and engaging staff. The negative review by the group of young people in February was rather biased. I was there at the time, at the other end of the cafe, and was very aware that the group of people were noisy. Generally really nice relaxed ambience. Good vibrant selection of pictures on the wall.
Without doubt one of the best coffee houses in the local area…the coffee is made with so much care and attention you won’t find anywhere else!!! A firm favourite would be the cakes available, something both my children ask for on our weekly visit & when you taste them you know why!!! It goes without saying but I have spent countless hours in there & the staff are incredibly accommodating. They’ve give me and many others access to their quiet room downstairs to work & they welcome everyone with open arms. Karuna is a stand out place in the community & if you’re ever passing through I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you pop in and see for yourself.
My previous experience was amazing . Great service followed by a great coffee. However this occasion, just wanted to grab a coffee before my meeting. Went inside with a huge expectation sadly to be ruined by one of the worst experience ever in my life. Staff was talking to each other not bothered at all. Stood there for a good min or two right in front of the counter. No one even bothered to acknowledge me. It is a basic customer service skill just to acknowledge your customer right infront of you. The guy was not bothered at all, very disinterested. If the shop was about close at least have a courtesy of letting customer know that we are now closed. I asked the guy if they were still serving coffee and to my amazement he answered back saying only serving at 530. Didn’t want to create a fuss and left the shop. Very very disappointed. Staff needs to change their attitude. You are working in a customer facing environment. Just because your coffee is great doesn’t mean customer will just come. With that staff attitude, I will never recommend at all.
Delightful place with a beautiful mission. Your purchase supports mission work overseas. This family run shop is worth your stop. Staffed by a knowledgeable roaster and kind, helpful staff. We tried several drinks and were pleased with the lot of them.
First visit today, excellent decaff coffee, that we also have at home. Great to see an independent coffee house opened in Aldershot. Hopefully will be well supported. And an additional bonus welcomes well behaved dogs!! Another new stop off for myself & Benson on our bike outs!! Good luck guys.
