   Today, I visited this Fleet Costa coffee, and again, I experienced bad customer's service from Mr.Castellio. I tried out to read him name by badge, but sure Costa Fleet he knows him employees . I was drinking my coffee, joining outside at the table, and unfortunately, I had on the table one ashtray a couple of minutes ago, I think, was Costa Fleet coffee manager who shout out telling me this table not for smokers. He never bothered to see if I was smoking, just grabbed the ashtray and passed on another table shouting me sayings, "Can't read this ! "-this outside table for non-smoking people. I went inside to ask if he could apologise for this behaviour, but insisting I was doing wrong . I spend more monthly than 75 £ but only in Fleet Costa coffee shop I experienced at the second time rude customer's services. Should the company take action sending to courses teaching good manners. I see on review sections that not just me experienced bad customer's services

   We came here after the costa in hart centre closed (much nicer one with friendlier staff). The middle-aged manager or supervisor working here is extremely rude to customers and his interaction with his other employees is very downgrading. He was extremely rude to us and gives dirty looks to his customers. Miserable environment and because of his attitude we left the store and will never come here again. The coffee is disgusting anyway

   The cafe is nice with a little seating out front. Their americano coffee is not the best on the highstreet and £2.50 for the smallest slice of Rocky Road I've seen really let's the place down for me.

   First very bed experience at Fleet branch. Don't know the guys working there they know how to make a coffe??!!. The latte ordered on 20/11/21, was bad as never before! I just handle back to the staff. Couldn't drink it at all. They were not very happy handling back to them, but I was expecting for a good quality coffee, as usual, but faced up something horrible taste. Such a shame !
