   Such a rude and unprofessional irritated staff they have literally we just went to ask like if they do can do piercing Bro that lady literally started shouting on us like … NO COME TOMORROW WE ARE CLOSING WE DONT HAVE TIME!!!! And moaning something in her mouth and it was only 5pm still had half hour to close they closed I believe 530 .. but thats fine it was not like i forced to do it just now but she reacted like so loud and rude literally spoiled the mood… as if she’s doing a favour to my working!!! Please train your staff how to treat customers… Then I went to H Samuel few shops down trust me that lady there was soo professional and polite booked me for appointment next day…

   Couldn't recommend this store enough. Had my daughters birthday party here today after having a very poor experience at the Farnborough branch. 2 of the girls had come from Basingstoke store and ran the party alongside the assistant manager. They made sure the girls had an amazing time, they all had their make up done, nails. The team couldn't have done anymore to make sure my daughter had the experience she should of had previous. Id recommend the store for anyone to hold a party at and really do thank the team for the party today!

   Got my daughter ears pierced and the staff was super helping in getting her comfy and welcomed her so nicely even where she was crying (10seconds after the piercing) and the lady offered her a lollipop! The place was clean, they were professional and quick! Both ears pierced at the same time helped my little one to not be afraid and just get along with it. Plenty of explanation on how to do aftercare, cleaning, and helping when choosing the right earrings too, as Enamel is not advised so I took gold ones and instead of having infections (as one of my friends did - she used the cheaper ones) everything is fine!

   Nice items, better for younger kids and ear piercing is great, but items are always really pricey, had 3 pompoms for £12, and you can't get good items for cheap. If they changed the prices this would be a better store.

   it is great store with a lot of great products but recently my mother and i bought set of earnings from there and after having a pair in for a short amount of time, both my mum and i had ear pain so we took them out i had gotten an infection and she also had one but she started bleeding, i have had my ears pierced for around 14 years and she has had hers since she was a baby so its not a fresh piercing we have never experienced any issues previously Be careful when purchasing
