Today 14/6/25, asked about selling gold 9ct bracelet 293g. Didnt even wont to get out of her chair, ( customer service poor) She said 17£ per gram, wow what a joke. Today gold is 27.5 per gram, NOT 17£ She would of made over £2500. Be careful selling here, do you Research, Scammer
took my bracelet for repair here last 07/MARCH/25. i was told about the cost and also told me it may take approximately 3 weeks for the repair and just wait for a callback. 8 weeks after and 3 separate visits to this store and all i was told was they still dont have it and just wait for a callback again and again. today 02MAY25. i finally got a call that my bracelet is ready for collection. went to the store and finally got my bracelet. did not even got an apology for the LONG wait or any explanation as to why it took that long for the repair. VERY BAD costumer service to say the least. AVOID this Jewellery store at all cost
Really helpful staff, had a lost part on my watch which prevented the strap from being together - they helped me, found a similar alternative and helped mend the strap. Might not have been perfect but then took the time and effort to help. Also purchased some lovely earrings for my girlfriend!
Good sales experience, terrible after-sales. Purchased a diamond diamond channel ring valued at £1500 for my wife in mid-2021. The staff were helpful and friendly. However, 18 months later, one of the diamonds fell out. Thankfully we located the stone and returned it to the jewellers who were very apologetic. The ring was sent away for repair and three weeks later I get a call to collect and pay for the repair. I challenged the cost of repair as I there had been no indication that we were expected to pay, and the ring was not yet 2 years old. They reduced the repair cost by £20, but I still had to pay the rest. Of the four diamond rings I bought my wife over 20 years, this is the only one to demonstrate poor workmanship. Sadly I should have recognised that Victoria Jewellers have changed their target customer demograph over the past two years as the shop is now covered in "we buy your gold" billboards.
The staff are extremely helpful and knowledgable and helped to pick out the perfect piece. There is a good range of jewellery to fit whatever you are looking for with really good discounted prices!
Fabulous Jewellers! This shop is jewellery heaven! Most items are half price and there are some real bargains to pick up. I've bought several beautiful rings here including my engagement and wedding rings. Would highly recommend. Staffare friendly and knowledgeable.
