Very helpful staff and great variety
Had a really lovely young lady assist me in finding a charm to celebrate our first grandchild. It was not a grand selection but I did find something suitable.
I brought a charm online it was delivered to the Camberley store I asked if they put the charm into a bag the lady in the shop said didn't you order one online I said no I then asked if she could put me a piece of tissue paper in she said no we don't have any i said to her I am surprised you haven't she was very rude I have spent a lot money over the years I will never use this shop in the future I wish I got her name i am going to ring there head office too be far never had this before when I have ordered online and delivered to store they have always put the tissue in it was Just the way she spoke to me.

VERY RUDE AND RASCIST WORKERS, i have shopped at Pandora in many cities, this is the first time i encounter such bad customer service. I was served by Charlotte 3665, 21/04/22 at 14:00 and she had the worst attitude, who refused to show me charms upclose, wanted me to get them by looking at it from the glass chamber. Said she wont let me see unless i buy. I have never heard such thing in any other pandora stores. I belive this was racially motivated at this particular store!!! Just disgusting behaviour. I had to buy it as it was urgent but i suggest customers to go somewhere eles that arent racist and rude I did got sone more charms from westfeild london, they were amazing gilrs there, much more professional!!
Had really good customer service from some of the staff here but the older asian girl (maybe a manager as she had a lot of lanyards?) had a terrible attitude. Wanted to return my product then and there. Disappointed as even the bare minimum of service would’ve sufficed.
