   Did a click and collect on a watch. Went in way before the collection time on the off chance and the lovely woman was so helpful and was like "Sure, gimme 5 mins and I'll get that all wrapped up for you". She was super friendly and sat me down to show me how to adjust the straps etc - exactly the kind of service you want but see less and less nowadays. The space was spotlessly clean with lots of product on display. Thanks HS for a great visit.

   Went into town to look for wedding bands. Another store wasn't as helpful as the lovely Pina in H.Samuel. I showed her my engagement ring, and she knew exactly what to try. I was worried that I wouldn't find one that would fit against my shaped ring nicely, but she found the perfect one straight away, I knew as soon as I put it on, it was perfect! She also found a suitable wedding band for my fiancée with ease that complimented her engagement ring. Pina has a wealth of knowledge and looked after us very well. A credit to the store and company.

   I came in to buy a ring after having a really horrible experience at F. Hinds. Although the store was very busy and short staffed, Paige was incredibly welcoming and polite and assuring customers she would be with them as soon as possible. She helped me find the ring I was after, answered all my questions throughly and talked me through the entire purchase process. I could not have been happier with the service I received.
