I’d recommend them, excellent shop for repairs. Price paid on collection may differ from initial quote due to extra parts repair technician deem appropriate - was not explained prior. An area for improvement could be more transparency with price estimation & repair process. Overall happy customer, good experience.
Went to get some links taken out of a watch strap. The jeweller measured my wrist and suggested the number of links to take out. When I picked it up the next day not only was the bill £15 for a very simple job but the strap was still too loose. I asked if another link could be taken out and was told I would be charged again for this. Pretty shoddy customer service and overpriced
I have previously purchased clocks and simple jewellery. In both cases the prices have been competitive. I have also used their repair serves with excellent results.
I went here last week to get my jewellery resized and the lady was very nice. The whole process was quick and she even helped me patiently decide what my ring size was to help. I couldn't have asked for better service.
Nice bunch of lads in there and good customer service however wouldn’t be massively keen to go back due to the lack of range of watches. The service was good however I felt that they were a tad unorganised when packing up a new purchase, Service was a tad slow and it definitely felt longer.
went in and asked nicely for some information on a watch to see if it was genuine. he instantly said no because how could i possibly have a £5000 watch. I informed him it was from family to which he replied why would they give you a £5000 watch if it was real. He didn't even look at the watch. i would happily of paid for his time taking a look at the watch as i didn't want to try selling a watch i didn't know was real or not.
Wonderful service in this shop. My go to shop for watch straps and batteries, they went out of their way to mend my 90 year old mum's talking watch. She was so relieved to get it back very quickly.
