   I’ve ordered food on Deliveroo with them and they didn’t have cheese ploughman sandwich so instead they have swapped it for a ham and cheese with mustard as they didn’t have the cheese sandwich why would they swap it for something with meat not knowing if I eat meat or not I don’t eat meat I had tried calling the store multiple times but no answer can’t cancel my order and re do it seeing as it won’t let me I just think it’s silly being given a ham sandwich when I’ve ordered cheese surly if they don’t have the cheese they shouldn’t be choosing a ham one and they should let you chose what you want and learn to answer their phone when people are calling about a order

   Just been in here tonight to collect DPD parcel and buy a desert, they didn't have much choice so I bought brownie mini bites and they are 19 days out of date, yes, NINETEEN days. £2.70 like do your staff not do basic stuff in your shop? Discusting.

   So I've been ordering from this establishment since I moved here a few years ago, I must be silly for keep ordering as Everytime I order at least one item is out of stock. I understand things do get like this but it's been Everytime and always seems to be the sandwiches. And to be frankly honest tonight's been the last straw when I put on a note that said just substitute it for another sandwich and they have refunded it back to me after a simple note was added. Not sure if it's just because it's closing in a hour or just lazy staff but it happens way to frequent and I will no longer be ordering from here again.

   I've been ID' more times than I can count by the same lady for a energy drink! Never mind the fact I have visable tattoos when an under 16 cant even get even if they have parental permission and I dont even look like an under 16. Not only this but on another occasion when I was buying alcohol I failed to produce ID and she still let me buy it even after I failed to produce my ID. Therefore why is it I get ID for an energy drink and cant buy it but the very same lady let me have a bottle of vodka without!

   Great little addition to our shopping community a year or so ago. A few parking places alongside (for elderly and those with mobility problems) in an otherwise busy traffic road. Plenty to choose from so no need to traipse out to out of town superstores when only a few groceries short. Great benefits and discounts from maintaining a co-op member card too.
