   As a first-time DIYer, I had no idea where to start with my patio project — but the team at Travis Perkins Farnborough went above and beyond to help me every step of the way! From the admin team — Graham and Richard — who guided me on choosing the right materials, to Reece in the warehouse, who was incredibly helpful and patient, everyone made the experience smooth and enjoyable. A big thanks also to Matt in Tool Hire for his great advice and to Tash on the tills for her friendly and efficient service. The staff are amazing — knowledgeable, approachable, and always ready to help (even with my many “silly” questions!). Deliveries were prompt, materials were spot-on, and the overall support was outstanding. I can’t recommend Travis Perkins Farnborough highly enough. If you’re tackling a DIY project, especially for the first time, this is the place to go!

   The Farnborough staff were most helpful in locating the wood I was looking for, and cutting it to length. Well, at my request, they actually cut it a bit longer at no extra cost; then carried it to my car. First class service and I shall not hesitate going back again.

   Had a trade account for years and was a very good customer of Farnborough Travis, every single day I was spending money with them through my business. John left and service dropped for me and the prices went up. I told them I started using the new Jewson's in Farnborough. one week after that all communication stopped! I no longer got my invoices emailed to me and never received a call from them again! As a norm if my account was at its limit for that month I would get a call to say my account was on hold and needed to clear it before they released materials, which I did... After the Jewson conversation, From October 24 until February 25 they let my account build up without me even knowing. No invoices sent , no phone call to say I was overdue. They had tools they were charging monthly for I didn't have! I had returned them personally to Adam.. anyone that uses Travis regular knows mistakes happen when he is involved! They had tools on my account, my terms with them were no tools to be sold! asked for proof and signed documents which they should have, never had any proof.. My staff were popping in over over the few months grabbing a few bits here and there, I wasn't aware of as they stopped all communication with me. My account should have been on stop in October 24. I thought I was paid up to date. My son pops in in February and is told that we owe over 7k, contacted Accounts and tried to fight my ground over the tools and the hire they let run for over 3 months.. They even on one invoice hired me a can of spray paint..lol.. my staff going in and grabbing materials was fine with me and happy to pay.. but my account should have been on stop from October. Travis would not even look into this, I went trough the invoice after chasing for 2 weeks, and made a payment once checked, I even paid invoices I didn't even think I should have, I just held back £548 for the hire I never had. Travis started sending emails after emails to take me to court, send they will affect my credit rating. they were relentless with the emails demanding money. after a couple of weeks of this I just paid in full as I did not want my company affected with bad credit, I always pay on time.. All I can say if any other companies use Travis in Farnborough, what ever you do, do not mention that you have used Jewson's for anything they don't like it much!! Travis are crooks with no morals when I comes to customers, they must be desperate and hanging on by a string to be so demanding over such a small amount of money I was questioning. Just to make thing clear, when John was there I had a great relationship with Travis and was regarded as one of there good regular customers, every purchase I was sent an invoice by email and every month I was asked to clear my account which I did or it would have been on stop. It was only when John left that things changed. Jewson's in Farnborough is great, all materials are inside including timber which is great, the staff jump on and load you straight away and the prices are great. in a way glad this happened as now life is a lot simpler using Jewson's

   Outstanding service. Jason the driver was an absolute gent and went out his way to manoeuvre the aggregate as close as possible to cabin and helped me carry in a shed load of MDF and timber. I think he was off the clock too. Top man. CLS timber delivered in actual sizes I ordered too (unlike other merchants who make up total length from smaller pieces).

   Ordered some internal doors i know nothing about building or carpentry spoke with Nick who was very helpful with helping me choose the doors and delivered by Tim who was 1st class driver would recommend Travis Perkins
