Visited Aldershot Howdens to get a quote on my kitchen. Amazing price , great customer service . Charlie Cooper was superb. He took the time to listen , very patient and ensured we were happy. Their service , communication and swift responses were phenomenal. Management were great as well. Highly recommended! A Very satisfied customer .
Worked with Charlie Cooper to design our dream kitchen. From the very start, he was attentive and listened to everything we requested. The visuals were provided quickly and after a few minor tweaks we went ahead and placed the order. Our kitchen turned out exactly how we planned it. The quality of the kitchen is outstanding. We went to a few other high street companies but Howdens beat them on price and customer service levels. Unfortunately, our oven arrived with a damaged seal (a possible manufacturing fault) and a new one was delivered and exchanged within 45 minutes of making the call. Something you wouldn’t get with other companies. Charlie is a true credit to Howdens Aldershot and I would have absolutely no issues with recommending him to anyone looking for a new kitchen. After having been to all the other big kitchen design centres in the area I was left feeling underwhelmed at their service so I decided to try Howdens Aldershot as so many tradesmen had highly recommended them. I had the pleasure of being looked after by Charlie who listened and understood exactly what I was trying to achieve. The whole process ran smoothly from start to finish and I'm beyond happy with the results, thanks largely to Charlie who was always available to answer any questions I had but was professional and a pleasure to work with. Very good and quick turnaround time on kitchen furniture and related electronics, The kitchen units look sturdy and neat, with minimal issues that were dealt with by the local depot immediately. Two things that made me give 4 stars only: their kitchen wall cabinets are so small that our plates don't fit inside; and that the worktop wasn't delivered on time, which I understand was due to the subcontracted worktop manufacturer. Otherwise very nice and attentive people.

Great experience with getting some designs completed for some flats, Charlie was incredibly helpful and got the designs completed just as I had requested, he got them turned them around very promptly. Will highly recommend!
