   I recently visited Shoe Zone in Andover to buy shoes for my boys, and unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience. When I asked a staff member to check if a size not displayed on the shelf was available, she responded by raising her eyebrows and taking a deep breath, which came across as quite rude and unhelpful. After selecting a pair, I realized the size looked too small and went back to exchange it. There were no other customers around, and the shoes hadn’t even been paid for yet, but the same staff member told me off, saying, “What are you doing? I’ve already scanned them,” and that changing sizes would affect the stock. I apologized, but she remained unfriendly and cold throughout. When I proceeded to pay, the card machine showed that the payment was approved, but she insisted it hadn’t gone through and blamed it on the system being slow. If that’s the case, a bit of patience and communication would’ve helped. There was absolutely no customer service—no smile, no kindness, just a very harsh attitude. It felt like I was being a burden rather than a customer. Honestly, if someone is that unhappy in their role, perhaps it’s time to consider a change. I hope Shoe Zone takes this feedback seriously and improves the customer experience at this branch.

   I have a medical problem with my feet and went into shoe zone Andover this morning to try and find something I could wear without pain. The lady who served me was outstanding, she took time to help me fletched me different sizes to try and made suggestions as to what footwear could be the most comfortable for me. To Summarise some of the best customers service I have had in a store for a very long time and I hope this lady gets a recognition she deserves for outstanding customer service.

   Shoes are fairly cheap but break quite easily and quickly. Cheaper in the long run to just by a better quality pair of shoes from somewhere else. Atmosphere in shop isn't great either.

   Just want to say how helpful Sandra and Dee were today. I had to return a pair of shoes that were purchased online and the size I needed was no longer in stock. Sandra did all she could to locate a pair at a different store which will be delivered to Andover next week.They are both very personable and nothing is too much trouble for them.

   We went to exchange some faulty shoes, which we had bought in Walsall and had no receipt for. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. The shoes weren't in stock, so they were ordered and delivered to our home address. We will definitely be back.

   I buy slippers good quality, they last, reasonable price and more importantly comfy. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Wheelchair accessible entrance. Parking close in the multi storey car park. Toilets are in Chantry centre. It's a discount shoe chain selling a wide range of styles for men, women & children plus bags. Very clean and tidy. Small shopping aisle, too tight to wheelchair or buggy access. 7/10
