    First time going to the store the staff were very friendly and helpful nothing was to much trouble but unfortunately there's not enough stocks very frustrating as a new customer I won't be going back most be frustrating for the staff to keep staying sorry we don't have anything left .

    I'm so sorry that I lost my receipt as I really wanted to commend the lady that served me. I purchased 1 fila stockless and another trainer. She showed me how to best look after my Fila trainer and even sold me the innersole. I even asked for a spray on my second pair. The point about the above was simply the best customer experience. Deichmann have a very good and knowledgeable employee who served me. Store was clean, bright and well organised unlike it's nearby competitor I think I have been coming to Deichmann Newbury for the last 3 years as a result
