   I went to the store for a shoe complaint. And the staff called the security that I’m being aggressive. If when buying your staff hasn’t told me bout the refund/exchange policies than I have a right to ask questions. Such a liar and rude staff. Even the security guy comes and tells me about the exchange policy not the staff.

   Fair prices, poor service and security. Two staff outside the shop, nobody attended us and were kept waiting when we asked to pay and she had to go to the back first before taking our money. We could have easily walked out without paying. Not very good really. Shoes we got were fine.
