   Very sad, waist of time. I have checked online shop opening hours and it was clearly stated it is open and business as usual, but in reality the shop was permanently closed. Waisted time and journey.

   Was served by a poorly assistant with a terrible cold, who nonetheless listened to what I wanted, found 3 pairs to try and really went out of her way to talk about the shoes. I asked for budget comfortable and hard-wearing shoes, and that's what I got. I have tried these in icy puddles in the recent snow with no problems. I definitely recommend this shop and these shoes.
