   Called in this shop to see what they had in stock, to me it was just a lot of trainers. The girl in there was very helpful but they didnt have what I wanted

   Excellent customer-service and a reasonable selection of wide-fitting shoes. However, the shoes are mostly £40 upwards and these sandals, for example, only lasted 3 months before the stitching came undone and irritated my feet, and the heels caved in. Other shoes have been advertised as not water-resistant and not scuff-resistant. Generally, the shoes are nice but don't last long. Elasticated and velcro shoes used for dancing last 2-3 months before loss of stretch/stick.

   Plenty of parking but more disabled parking would improve the area. The shop is part of a large garden centre and other shops and people visit from all over. Nice cafe opposite with reasonable prices for the area. The shop is all on one floor with a good selection of shoes but not the full range. The staff are really helpful. Nice way to spend a few hours.

   Never knew this place existed. Fabulous leather shoes, sandals, bags. Quite pricey but good quality. Welcoming staff although computer doesn't seem to know what stock it has/doesn't have! They also specialise in wide fittings eg with Velcro for older people with bunions for example. They also do make up bags, leather insoles again expensive. Well laid out so you only need to go to size to see stock and there are boxes by size section for more stock. They also provide shoe horns and socks to help trying on. So I was impressed and would go again. They do trainers including sketchers, clogs, slippers, sandals, walking boots so we'll woth a visit.

   I had to exchange a pair of shoes - wrong size purchased in error. They were very understanding and the replacement pair ready for me on arrival. The paperwork was completed efficiently and I was on my way in less than 15 minutes - this included waterproofing of two pairs of shoes. Friendly and efficient staff made it a pleasant shopping experience.
