    We asked to try on the other half of a display Sandel. . Was given this then the assistant walked off to help serve another customer who already had an assistant helping them . So they had 2 we had none. They weren't interested in serving us. Could have easily walked out without paying. Instead they went on the counter. We went elsewhere and spent our money. So much for supporting business in our town.

    Really impressed with Clarks in Andover today. We took our daughter to be fitted for her first pair of shoes today. Really professional and friendly service. They were amazing with her and gave us clear and helpful advice and about what to buy and what to wait for a few months to buy. Will be back and would 100% recommend.

    I recently purchased a pair of walking boots and I couldn’t be happier with them, they are so comfortable and the service I got in Clarks Andover was first class. The atmosphere in the shop is always nice, everyone is very helpful, knowledgeable and very friendly. I would highly recommend you go there if you are looking for any comfortable footwear.

    Went to get my daughter's feet measured, the lady was very welcoming and very helpful, unfortunately not much options for toddlers but it is a small shop

    Very good service. The lady was very professional with my daughter. The only downside was the shop itself, the layout of the shop meant that the children shoes were up a small flight of stairs and there was no way to access the shoes with a pushchair. I was forced to leave my pushchair down stairs. Which j wasnt happy about.
