Very sorry to see Shuh in High Wycombe is closing. Last visited a week ago and as always the service was perfect, over the years the staff and service was always fabulous, they are always so helpful. Wishing them luck for the future
Staff on the whole are unwelcoming, preferring to chat and catch up with one another- no acknowledgment or seldom offer to help. When needing to approach to ask for a size etc the disappointment on their faces in breaking up the little party! Management don’t seem to be much better. One young woman at the till, making a phone call - boasting. she was the manager and had worked her way up- great! Perhaps you can actually put your training into action. One assistant - tallish woman of colour although smiley , handed me the pair of unlaced casual shoes in a scurry - I did point out would appreciate assistance to lace up the shoes so they can be tried properly. Overall discourteous self absorbed staff - in mostly empty store. It’s a shame not much choice in High Wycombe but also it’s nice to try on shoes before buying them- alas the customer service experience creates a unwelcoming and cliquey environment.
Just to say how the staff in the high wycombe store are fantastic, would just like to say an extra thankyou to maddie for handling my broken pair of birkenstocks with 5 star customer service had a new pair within a couple of days. Even buying a new pair as well What an asset to the company maddie is Thankyou

Amazing customer service, great selection and reasonable prices! within a few seconds of being in the store one of the associates was helping. we were in the store for around 30 mins and the worker did not seem annoyed at all by how many shoes we were asking to see, and was very helpful. we visited this store after visiting the house of Fraser and jd sports and the difference between the customer service was black and white. In both of the stores ( jd and house of Fraser) it felt like the staff wanted us to leave a soon as we entered. its impressive how many shoes schuh fit into such a small store, and they are all priced well. sadly we don't have the names of the staff but they were amazing, overall a lovely store which I will definitely go to again!
Great selection only thing is they didn’t have the sizes I needed but a great employee called Maddie helped us and suggested great options that sorted all the problems I had. Great customer service all round she was kind friendly and helpful!
