Worst Matalan I have ever been to staff very rude and self-service till need a member of staff at them all the time , will go back to matalan in milton Keynes any time but never again to hight Wycombe
Disgraceful place and pathetic policy, I received a gift last week from a colleague for my birthday but honestly I din't like the item plus they don't fit me right, the person did not give me any gift receipt or any kind of receipt so as all clothes stores would do I expected matalan would exchange the items and went there but was told strictly no exchange and obviously no refund and they can't do anything about it. How can I go to my colleague after a week and ask them for a receipt it's embarrassing.......every single store I know does exchange....never ever buying even a pin from this MATALAN AGAIN, I BOYCOTT MATALAN
Free parking, spacious store, neat and tidy rails, helpful staff to hand. Self service checkouts.
Big shop and clean.only complain is staff in the checkout area, not very knowledgeable, they seems to me don't know what they're doing.I would say it could be better because I visited other Matalan as well for that reason I compare the service. Thank you
Terrible service. Just one person serving at 7pm with a large queue. Travelled from Aylesbury as paid for and reserved an item for pick up. Item not ready after 2 hrs and got the notification the item was ready at 8pm as I was leaving.

Lots of parking. Large spacious shop, not too busy. It's all gone a bit self serve since lock down, which is a shame. It's lost something.

Normally clean and tidy, get a few bits here, not a low priced as it used to be Mend clothing is normally poor Never understand it, womens section is really good, mens stuff, looks cheap, no question about it, need to do better
I do like matalan but this store is filthy, everything is a mess, staff are miserable & mostly standing around doing nothing, no wonder the store is so untidy. The changing room door had the tip of a screw coming though, someone's going to get hurt on that. Not quite sure how something like that was missed when the person screwed it in. No toilets here.
