   Was in Sportscrest in High Wycombe yesterday to have a number applied to the back of a football shirt, and they did a really fantastic job. I supplied the shirt and the number, and they heat-pressed it onto the shirt quickly and expertly. Even though the shop was very busy with “back to school” customers at the time, the service was efficient and friendly. I’ve used Sportscrest before for name and number applications and they’ve always been excellent – consistent quality, reliable turnaround, and a great local service. Highly recommended!

   The girl that served me, was excellent. The manager had personalised our school bag incorrectly, but the way in which he walked off, was dismissive and rude is unacceptable. Within retail it’s important to ensure a good customer experience. Well done to the other retail staff who were fantastic. Management needs to be looked at.

   I went to SportsCrest to get my two Manchester United retro shirts printed and some newer shirts printed too after a friend recommended them to me. James did a fantastic job in printing them. He has a real passion for football shirts and football in general. The accuracy and time he took printing them was great. I did my own research on where the patches and names go but James also looked things up as well just to make sure things were correct for each shirt. I will definitely be back and I highly recommend him to anyone. I think getting your old shirts or retro shirts printed is a great idea as it gives them a new lease of life.

   Amazing place where to purchase with confidence. The items are high quality and yes, you pay for the quality, but the staff know their jobs and know how to do it superbly: friendly, pro-active in ensuring you the best price and the best deal, they run the extra-mile and are very attentive. You spend with a smile and you get great products. I wish there are more ships like this one!!!!

   Thank you SportCrest. Having bought my granddaughter a baby football kit, I was looking for somewhere to print her name on the back. I inially thought there was no way her long name was going to fit on such a small shirt. The staff in SportCrest took time to plan how best to do this. Nothing was too much trouble and within no time at all, I had a perfect looking shirt. Very happy customer here, I will be back with the adult kit

   I just wanted to bring to your attention something that happened in your store earlier today. I was absolutely dreading shopping for my daughter's first secondary school uniform and sports kit. I was stood by the blazers. I was feeling under prepared and overwhelmed. Enter Maddie! She was calming, knowledgeable, helpful and happy to run around gathering uniform items, whilst my daughter tried them on. Maddie was patient and honestly, she made a stressful job much more bearable. She was an absolute star today and I hope you know what an asset you have in her. Maddie and her 'can do' attitude is why we will be return customers very soon

   Popped into this shop on Saturday to get some advice, after being terribly treated by the Man City football club shop and the team here were all brilliant, they were so very helpful and friendly. A member of staff called Stef went above and beyond to resolve the issue I had with a football shirt and my son was so pleased! We will definitely be visiting this shop again in the future. Amazing Customer Service!! Thank you :)
