We took some items back for a refund and the bearded gentleman behind the counter was really helpful and polite.
Friendly helpful staff. First time in this store and I was impressed by the size of it and lots of parking.
Very bad customer service! One man searched quick online to order some school trousers for my son. I went next day to collect them and they were wrong ones, no problem, I understood that, no worries.. But when I spoke with other 2 ladies there to search again online they quick found excuse that they don’t have, neither of them said to search again to see, and I asked them and they didn’t want to search. I looked by myself online and they had what I needed. They shouldn’t work with customers if they’re not able to help with a search. I would give 0 stars, is not just 1, but 2 of them, very disappointing because it is a great shop for kids clothes and stuff.

Ordered few things online and after more than ten days when called the helpline and found out it’s helpless line. Packet lost in transit item no more available. Thanks Nirav of helpless line for putting me on hold for ages.
Went in today to buy some T-shirts, put my own T-shirt on inside out by a mistake, went to pay at the till,Woman serving me had a constant smirk on my face but didn’t tell me my shirt was on inside out, what sort of person does that. Lovely quality staff ..
