Dreadful experience today. My wife and I attended the High Wycombe branch to pick up a click and collect item. The collection email says to go to the click and collect point on the first floor. The signage at the bottom of the escalator says the Click and Collect point is on the first floor. Once on the first floor there is no sign pointing to a place to go. No till and today no member of staff at all on the entire first floor We wander around thinking we must have missed something. We go back downstairs and join the queue at the till. I, however, notice a free standing A4 sign on top of one of the tills which says Click and collect upstairs. As I point this out I see a young lady member of staff coming down the escalator and step towards her. Clearly she did not want to be interrupted as she strode along. But I politely said “excuse me. Can I quickly ask where the click and collect point is” I was then subjected to a loud and bad tempered tirade “join the queue it’s downstairs today coz we have 4 members of staff off”. I then pointed out the sign on the till and suggested they make some temporary changes so people know. I was then accused of being bad tempered and shouting. Which I 100% was not. The lady asked another member of staff to fetch our parcel and then proceeded to serve another customer and to comment to him that people are bad tempered at Xmas and that she wasn’t happy about working Xmas eve and Boxing Day. I get that retail has it challenges. I worked in retail for several years myself. But it’s no excuse for poor customer service and poor management.

Very rude staff. Awful experience. I believe the manager is called Emma and she is extremely rude with zero customer service. Staff behind the till weren’t much better. Reading the other reviews I’m not alone in my opinion so H&M head office should really do something about it! I won’t be returning to this branch again.

Poor customer service. I only had one item to buy, but the other tills were busy handling refunds. There was another till open, but the cashier closed it as soon as she saw me, and she went to put clothes back. She could have served me first and then returned to the other tasks. A girl with a pink hair.

Closing the fitting rooms an hour early isn’t helpful and then when you need to return something being made to wait for the ‘paying customers’ to pay first regardless of being first in the queue doesn’t sit well.

I usually go to H&M in London, OMG, this shop there is nothing, just the basic. Anyway, I stop to buy H&M very poor quality nowadays.

Some unique pieces and a good place to shop for yourself and the kids with decent prices.

This isn't one of H&M's better shops. It's usually in need of a good tidy. Long till queues tend to be the norm. There aren't many staff. The range is limited and squashed in. In general, I like H&M but I suggest you visit a different branch.
