Would not recommend. Bought lots of items £150 worth. When sorted at home i got stabbed by a tag that was not removed properly. Thankfully it was me stabbed and not my children who's items they were. Did email but just got a sorry. Would have been nice a little voucher for the pain i received!!
Not very impressed at all! Showed a girl 3 pairs of shoes and asked for size 9 or nine in a half in them. She said they didn't do half sizes and which ones did I want to try?? Well all 3 obviously. I asked if they had any other styles and she showed me an aisle with girls shoes. I told her I was looking for boys (I had my 2 grandsons with me) so she then showed me another aisle with girls shoes?? I eventually found some suitable
My mum went into Deichmann looking to buy a new pair of shoes, she was not sure of the sizes but a friendly staff member named Andrea helped her find the perfect fit. I got told she was really helpful and friendly and helped my mum find the right shoes for her. Top customer service and the shoes were great value for money.

Went in just for a look and bought 3 pairs of sandels. Impressed. Needed plain casual shoes for my grandson but everything had patterns on them. Not so good
I used to be a returning customer. Never again. How you can test your shoes inside the house? If you don't walk with them out.Can you? So now I have a pair that I can't wear them.
Amazing people. Lost my phone in there last week and I asked if they could help. The assistant rushed up to check the cameras, the Manager, Sam, came down with footage which showed someone picking it up and walking out the shop. I had a wonder around in Eden centre in case the thief was still in the area but didn't have high hopes at this stage. Then I saw Sam running back. He'd run outside the centre, confronted the thief (who blamed his son!) and got my phone back for me. Never seen anything like it. What can I say? great people to buys shoes from too!
