   I made a purchase, and I requested they send it to my email. The email receipt was not sent and they couldn't find it on the system. They said they would need to wait for the system to update and it may take several minutes. I waited for about 15 minutes, as they continued ringing customers. It was frustrating that they didn't stop for a moment to check for the receipt again. I finally asked them to look. I've never had to wait over 20 minutes for a receipt and felt ignored as a customer. The emphasis seemed more on getting sales then customer service.

   System issue over online order through the local store when they didn't have an item in stock. They took payment and ordered it for me, but I got an email saying there had been a technical issue and the order was cancelled. The next day another member of staff said that it was a scam cancellation email, and to ignore it. But a few days later a refund arrived in my account without any further correspondence from Fatface. Needless to say the order never arrived leaving me frustrated with the misinformation.

   Friendly, helpful staff. Pleasant store with a reasonable level of stock including women's, men's & some children's clothing & accessories. 3 changing rooms available including at least one with disabled access.

   Great staff, well mechanised, good product and price point. Store deserves a lot higher review, however Menswear section is tiny, very little space to move around especially as next to the fitting rooms. Quality of the shirts not worth the asking price.

   Great staff who couldn't be more helpful even on Boxing Day which must be one of, if not the, busiest days of the year. Happy to look for alternative sizes, to check stock upstairs and to hold your sale in bargains while you look for more.
