    Terrible customer service experience. Right shoe is causing pain to the back of my daughter’s feet after few days. I attach an image where it is visible that the back of right shoe is bent towards the tongue of the shoe compared to left. This is a manufacturing defect. I went to the store and they refused to accept it. Very disappointing customer experience. They asked me to send an email to their head office customer service. Such a waste of my time. Bad quality products and bad quality service.

    Bought a pair boys school shoes and only last a bit over a month. Then sole broken in places. Took to the store. Told me have to see the manager who works 9-2. Had to to again on Saturday then she told me it's not quality issue. Wasted too much time calling their customer service. Only told me to pay postage to send back. Cheap shoes, cheap customer service. To shoezone, Don't reply me to call your customer service. I have done that. Nothing solved.

    **Terrible Customer Service at Shoe Zone, Asda Lower Earley** (04 September 2024) I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Shoe Zone in Asda Lower Earley. While I was helping my daughter try on some shoes, one of the staff members, a lady wearing a hijab, approached us in a very rude and aggressive manner. She angrily questioned who would put the shoes back after we were done, as if we were causing an inconvenience just by checking the fit. Her tone was completely unprofessional and made us feel uncomfortable. Customer service should be about helping customers, not scolding them for simply trying on shoes. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and has left a very negative impression on me. I would not recommend shopping at this location unless you want to be treated poorly.
