I bought a pair of beautiful leather boots in the store. I have never been so happy with a purchase. The customer care is exceptional, they are kind and understanding. There is no doubt that I will go back for my next pair of shoe.
Went in to the store as a group of six 50-something women (including an accountant, social worker, and legal secretary), to be followed around the store by two incredibly stony faced female employees, who obviously thought we were going to steal anything we looked at - although we all posess 2 legs, and 1 half of a pair of shoes would be of no use to any of us! Even a passing compliment about the shoes worn by one of them was met by a condescending sneer. Maybe some retraining on customer skills might be of use to this pair. I certainly don't appreciate being looked down on by anyone! I'm happy to say I bought the shoes I really liked that I saw in this store - but I waited until I got home and bought them online - there's no way I was risking any commission going to this pair!
i recently visited this store and was made to feel rather uncomfortable during my visit; a member of staff followed my partner and i around suspiciously - making it very obvious that they were doing so. i have worked in retail myself and completely understand the fact that you need to keep a watchful eye (especially for brands as such), but neither myself or my partner gave off any kind of ill-intent. not once were we asked if we needed assistance; which is something i have done (when working in retail) if i’ve ever been suspicious of a customer to make them aware that they’re being watched. and, this is expected of retail workers in general - regardless of the situation. my partner and i were the only customers in store, too. this visit was my first and will most likely be my last due to how uncomfortable i was made to feel. i never write negative reviews (or even like the idea of doing so), but customers shouldn’t be made to feel such a way.
Me and my daughter came yesterday and was met by a very friendly team. Rob..(if I am not mistaken)..had this wonderful aura..and instead of not buying my daughter's trainers..we did!....the beautiful lady assistant and even the friendly doorman made our trip to this shop an experience!..thank you guys and keep it up!
A lovely bright, welcoming shop. The person who served us was not just in sales she wanted us to find what we wanted. We left with a pair of ladies ankle boots which were in the sale and we did not see on display.
I found the perfect shoes but unfortunately the Brighton store didn't have my size. The assistant located a pair in the Covent Garden store. I bought them and they were delivered to my home within two days. I was so impressed with the service I received from store to delivery crew .
I popped in today, as my order was partially cancelled, to find pink sandals called Magnolia. I was served by lady with long blond hair. She was so lovely, phoned other stores, write 3x different phone numbers for me to try. And I actually purchased the sandals from Manchester, they will be with me by Friday. What a great customer service. Would return.
