Really strange vibe off a member of staff when I went in today. I asked if he had a Nike shoe in stock, and he seemed to look confused. So, all I did was ask if he knew what the shoe was, and he replied like I was challenging his intelligence. He 100% confirmed he knew what the shoe was and said he had some downstairs but not my size. I was like, Cool, can I have a look at them, as I haven't seen them in the flesh, only online. He then went super weird and started asking me if I really wanted to look at them since they were downstairs and he'd need to do 'a little walk' to go get them. So I replied, 'Yeah, please go get them.' He then paused and was like, 'I can go get them if you want, but are you sure? I just said, 'Don't bother. What a weird man. I was just asking him to do his job and bring me a shoe, and he was almost refusing because I disturbed him for a minute. Great selection of shoes tho!

Been taking my boys there a long time Always a warm greeting and having got to know the manager over the years, its clear he selects his staff with care and places great emphasis on the importance of staff being efficient but also relaxed and friendly Fab collection of trainers inc some weird n whacky designs Prices very competetive and always plenty in the reduced section
Randomly found this shop on a day out. Soooooo surprised and extremely happy with what I got from here. The guys in the shop all polite, welcoming and all have dope personalities. Exclusive trainers in this shop that I won’t find in London ANY time of the year unless you go to an exclusive shop. Nostalgia and Dope. I WILL BE BACK
This was actually an insane experience but not a good one. I’ve never felt the need to leave a review but this was truely crazy and as unprofessional as it gets. If I worked in head office, I’d be looking into the lost revenue on this long weekend. We came in trying to buy a pair of Birkenstocks but literally every attendant was just standing together and chatting away. To the point where we had to say “sorry to interrupt but can we buy these?” These £105 pair of shoes… The entire time we were there, we essentially had to engage with the staff in order to get any support. If it wasn’t for my partners birthday as it was on the day, 100% would be purchasing from another retailer. I will never purchase from offspring again.
Great place to buy the latest and greatest. Generally well priced against competitors and well stocked size range in my experience. Staff have always been friendly and engaging during my visits.
Shocking customer service from the girl with oversized glasses and blonde hair. Rude, unhelpful and uninterested. My view is always… if you don’t like your job… quit. Simple.
Went into the store looking for a certain pair of converse, was sad as my size wasn’t In store until I was approached by two lovely guys who worked there who told me they could order my size to my house for the next day and no delivery charge! My shoes just arrived and they are perfect ! Thank you offspring :)
You can always find the latest models of the sport shoes from this shop and it may also offer further discount during the weekend for the discounted items. So you can buy ‘value for money’ items during this period..... it is worth a visit if you love sport shoes !!!!
