Too bad we don't have this store of Embassy in the Netherlands! Whát a shoe paradise! Unique, lovely, soft and one of a kind! For a fair price. Just go here and the wonderful staff will really help you in any way she can. Made my mom really happy! We bought shoes in Brighton.

Winnie provided attentive service during the purchase of my first pair of Embassy London shoes. I was looking for a pair of brogues &, as luck would have it, the ones I chose were on sale. Winnie answered all my questions & was personable throughout. She sent feedback to head office that my first choices were all men's styles! This needs to change to improve customer choice. Excellent service. Highly recommend these shoes for style & sophistication.

Bought the Embassy Roulette “Gold Feathers” leather shoes. They turned green within a year even though I had never worn them, and they had been stored in the box they came in. I contacted customer service via email and was told this was “unheard of” and refused help due to a 6-month policy. But after looking on resale sites, I found multiple other people with the exact same issue. Same leather, same green discoloration. This isn’t wear and tear, it’s a clear material defect, and for a premium shoe, it’s unacceptable. Embassy refused to take responsibility. No refund. No replacement. Just silence. I won’t be shopping here again, and I’m posting this to warn others before they spend money on faulty products. (Photos attached including examples from other buyers and photo of what the shoe *should* look like.)

Absolutely fantastic service from Verity in the Brighton store today. I have rhuematoid arthritis and full legs and always have difficulty getting boots to fit, she was really helpful and kind, she got multiple pairs out for me to try and also offered help if I needed it. I came away with a Milliner platform which I've just tried on again at home and can't wait to wear them out, they zip up easily and the leather is soft. I'll definitely be coming back for more footwear as needed.

Lovely shop which was very clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and very helpful including helping to get shoes shipped from their warehouse that weren't in stock in the shop.
