We visited the shop yesterday in search of tuxedo shoes, and we were fortunate to be assisted by a delightful Italian gentleman named Randle (I think but please forgive me if I made a mistake). He greeted us warmly and attentively listened to our needs. He took the time to explain the differences between two potential pairs and kindly asked my husband to remove his shoes for a proper fitting to ensure the right size. After my husband tried on the first pair, Randle went to fetch the second pair. My husband noted that while the first pair closely resembled another he had tried elsewhere in both style and quality, the primary difference was that the first pair was more expensive. However, he was so impressed with the attentive service that he felt completely comfortable investing in shoes from this shop. Ultimately, we left with the second pair, which not only looked even better but also fit my husband exceptionally well. He usually wears wide shoes, and these were just perfect. The decision to purchase shoes from this store was driven entirely by the remarkable service we received. Kudos to the shop for employing such a wonderful person!
Morgan really knows his stuff and was a joy to deal with. His service resulted in my classy new Chelsea boots being the best fitting shoes I’ve ever owned and felt like I’d had them years from the first step. I bought some Loake loafers a few years back that I still can’t get on with but they weren’t subect to Morgan’s technical abilities ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Excellent service. I brought in a pair of Loakes that needed some help breaking in, and they did all that plus cleaning, reconditioning, waxing and new laces... All for free as part of the service.
