“I went into today to purchase a new pair of mens shoes for an interview I have Thursday. I was extremely impressed with the level of service I received. The lady was very patient when I was undecided about which size to go for and also arranged the order of the design I wanted along with ringing the warehouse to make sure I would get the shoes next day. “We would like to give Josh 10 stars for customer service. On Monday afternoon brought 2 pairs of shoes for our wedding (1pair being for my son) and 1 pair had to be delivered. They arrived as promised on Tuesday afternoon. Sadly too big so went back to see Josh at Churchill Square Brighton early Wednesday morning and he not only reordered another pair but reassured us that if they didn't come next day he would find a solution.
